No major issues - all was alright.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room, although a bit small, was very clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially liked the nice-sized LCD TV in the room which provided a nice view while relaxing. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is in a busy area, perfect for shopping, and there are plenty of great food joints around.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

location
The receptionist clearly told me what's advertised on the website is just to trap in customers, so it wasn't true, I was put in a room different than the one shown on the website, some of the morning shift staff was too disrespectful and not honest. My room had a disfunctioning phone, so when I reported that the maintenance came at 3 a.m to fix it, I told them to come tomorrow and that is when they never showed up again

The Hotel is reasonable walking distance from Al Rigga Metro station, taxi drivers generally know the area too.
The Hotel is clean and functionable but the decor is a little shabby and I found it difficult to get a straight yes/no answer from the receptionist.

Friendly reception staff, helpful security at parking, great location near metro station and tourist attractions. Good facilities and fast check-in process. Room size is okay with comfortable bed. Attentive cleaning staff and respectful maintenance team. Budget hotel with good room, bathroom, and views. Small rooftop pool with city view. Good staff and parking available.

What I like most is the location and prices are great.
There is a smell in the room like wet carpet or something Needs to have air freshener or a more pleasant smell. Carpet probably needs shampooing more often or drapes cleaned to remove the odor.

When I pulled up in the Taxi my first impressions were not great.I Thought the building looked a bit worn and the location felt slightly off the beaten track. On entering the hotel I found things to be quite different. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean with modern decor and generally very welcoming .I stayed here for four days and can only say that the staff were more than helpful, the rooms were very clean and cleaned every day, plenty of hot water, clean towels. The location turned out to be great, right beside Union Metro station.I Thought Dream Palace Hotel was very good value for money, good location.very friendly and should I visit Dubai again I will be booking Dream Palace.
No complaints.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure to assist guests right from the moment they arrive. The location is excellent, situated in a bustling area with numerous shopping options and delicious food joints nearby. Additionally, the rooms provide a comfortable stay, with small flat screen TVs and comfy beds, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience.
Despite these positive aspects, there is room for improvement in certain areas.

There was nothing to like about my stay at the Dream Palace. The hotel is classed as a four star hotel, I have stayed in better provisioned 3 star hotels. I checked out the Hotel early and moved to another 4 star hotel in Dierra (Concorde) with the same advertised facilities, a much better price, free WIFI, good food and a good sized room. I would not recommend this Hotel to any traveller - even if it was the last available room in Dubai.
I arrived and the taxi could not get adjacent to the entrenace because of a car parking and a concrete wall, I had to haul my bags around to the gap in the wall to the foyer. The room was amazingly small, the single bath towel was gray, threadbare to being almost transparent. A single pillow adorned the bed, I requested a second pillow which was provided. The minibar was empty other than a single bottle of water, there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. Room service was poor, if you order a coffee in the evening, you get the makings only(Nescafe sachet) and hot water - which you expect to be in the room to begin with. Internet was WIFI only - the signal strength was zero to one bar occassionally, it cost AED10 per hour - a rediculous price for the service. The cleanliness was not so much the issue, it was apparent that every corner had been cut to save cost - at the expense of the customers comfort. Build quality and maintenance in the room was poor, the tiled floor was uneven chipped and regrouted in five different colours. The ceiling tiles didnt fit and unfinished with concrete showing around the window in the shower area. Please see the pictures which i took to warn other travellers.

We liked the friendly staff at Dream Palace Hotel.
House keeping service is very poor. We leave the room at 9 A.M. and come back at 10 P.m to see that the room was not done. For two days we had to literally call for bath towels. Water leakage in the bathroom was everyday inspite of informing them. Really sad.

The Dream Palace Hotel in Dubai exceeded my expectations in many ways. The soundproof rooms ensured a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep, allowing for sweet dreams. The reception staff, especially a friendly Filipina receptionist, welcomed us with warm smiles and helpful assistance. The location of the hotel was also excellent, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities. Additionally, the facilities offered great value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range.
Couldn't stay longer.
